  1. I just do not understand said at 7:53 pm on March 10th, 2016:

    why so many cities get into such a financial mess: it seems the more aid they get, the less accountability we see. If it’s too many employees, with too many benefits, cut them. If it’s poor financial management, fire and replace those responsible. If it’s theft: arrest and prosecute!!
