  1. So many piles of money, said at 7:27 am on February 11th, 2014:

so little transparency and coordination.. Between the charity fundraisers, some of which seem to have actually done what they said they would do, and these streams of separate and combined funds from the taxpayers, ther just has to be somebody put in charge, yes, more part time help to process the applications, and definitely more auditing and reports/ charts maybe, posted on that outdated DCA website! Folks, this can’t be that hard: you have great need, you lobby for, hug the Pres., and get lots of money, we go to noisy concerts and polar bear plunges, tons of volunteers run to help their neighbors, etc.. Is it too much to ask of our elected and state officials to make a management plan, and carry it out, til every dollar is properly distributed?? Honestly! Here’s a great opportunity to show the nation we suffered, and helped, and finally, with some of their money, healed! Let’s get going, people, please!
